El buey de mar , llamada Ñocla en asturiano, es un auténtico manjar, tanto a la plancha como cocida  y si se acompaña con una botella de sidra trabanco bien fresquita se convierte en irresistible . Además hay que dedicarle tiempo para comerla y sacarle todo el partido , lo que garantiza una buena conversación y pasar un rato divertido.
